Muy cerca de la estación y súper cómodo para todo

Muy limpio y cómodo. A la entrada de cada piso se quitan los zapatos, así que el suelo con alfombra está bonito. En el fondo de cada piso hay cocina y sala de estancia. Además tiene lavadoras y secadoras. El desayuno es muy bien.

Excelente hotel

Habitación espaciosa y muy cómoda.el personal es muy amable y el trato excelente. Desayuno muy bueno y completo. La ubicacion es buena, cerca de la estación , comercios y restaurantes. Un poco difícil de encontrar la recepción, está señalizado pero es confuso desde la calle. El precio es elevado pero está justificado por la comodidad y espacio.

Simple Clean Convenient and Comfortable

The hotel location is very convenient and though it is spare on luxury it is simple clean and comfortable. This is not a leisure vacation facility but is most certainly a great choice for an affordable comfortable place to sleep while traveling. The breakfast provided is a very good well prepared Japanese style and was delicious.

Perfect stay

We loved everything. Could not fault this place. Wish we could've stayed longer. Breakfast was lovely. Showers were good. Everything is new so towels and slippers are big and fluffy. Location is 4 mins walk to Shin-Osaka in a quiet strip. Rooms large. Hotel even discarded our suitcase at no cost. You also dim the bathroom lights.

What was the highlight of Shin-Osaka Station Hotel

Excellent hotel that can be reached within a walking distance from Shin-osaka station.

Staff hospitality and room space. Room space is properly adequate with 3 beds for a family of 3 who brought 6 small sizes luggage. The room is fully equipped with everything you need to stay, enjoy and get a proper rest in a hotel. The bathroom is also had enough space with proper amenities. The exhaust fan works properly, not allowing any kind of smell stay in the bathroom. Hot water always running properly and easy to adjust. Internet is fast. And the Air-conditioning is easily adjustable to provide proper temperature even in a cold winter season. Not mentioning the location. It's even more perfect once we've found the East Exit of Shin-Osaka station is not only near but very comfortable to reach the hotel. If you come from Shin-osaka station, use East Exit and not South. From South exit, you will need to cross the railways by using a very high bridge with so many steps that makes you simply exhausted especially if you bring a lot of luggage. Whilst on East Exit you can get down (and up) through an elevator (even though you might need to queue to use it) than turn right, follow the road, walk about 10-12 mints before you reach hotel's lobby on your left.

I am not saying that I don't like it, but since we are not familiar with the western breakfast style, than this might be the less favourable part in this hotel during the stay.

Great hotel with really convenient location right outside the shin-osaka station.

Location was excellent, about 5-10 min walk from the shin-osaka station (use East Gate). The employees were super friendly and accommodating. We had a confusion/misunderstanding when booking the room, didn’t realize until we got to the hotel, but the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Breakfast is included, and was very nicely presented. The hot foods is a rotating menu (changes by day) that the server brings to you on a tray, but you can help yourself to unlimited pastries, juices, coffee, and hot soups. Check in is at 3pm (like most hotels in Japan, they won’t let you check in early), but will hold your luggage for you if you arrive early.

The breakfast was delicious and the free gift they give you was so sweet. The location was a bit hard to find but the staff was so lovely and we really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent hotel for easy access to both Osaka and fast train (15 minutes) to Kyoto.

Excellent eco-friendly hotel with superb staff, most of whom speak English. Breakfast is different each day. Comfortable, clean, spacious room. Very good security. Easy walk from the train station with plenty of restaurants in the vicinity.

It would help for non-Japanese travelers to get specific directions from the train station: It is important to exit the station from the EAST GATE and to turn right to walk directly to the hotel nearby. Otherwise, you can get caught behind the wrong side of the railroad tracks and may have to retrace your steps or climb a high pedestrian bridge.
